About Clare

Clare earned her BA in History, Religion, and Book Studies from Goucher College and her Master of Library and Information Science (MLIS) from the University of Maryland, College Park. During her studies she interned at the National Archives and Records Administration and the Library & Archives at the Baltimore Museum of Art. She started her career as a librarian in the higher education setting, supporting the research of university faculty and students, but has found her passion using her knowledge of information behavior, research, and information literacy to help creators find and organize the information they need to make well-researched and authoritative content. She has worked with podcasters, documentary filmmakers, comedians, historians, and sociologists. While Clare has a background in History, Art & Design, and Government & Politics, she considers herself a generalist and can help you find pretty much whatever you need. Outside of her work, her interests include Harry Potter, Formula 1, the Bachelor Franchise, Yoga, Hiking, Snowshoeing, and her dog Mose.
